Introducing the Five Tibetan Rights. This is an exercise practiced by Tibetan monks aspiring to live long vibrant and healthy lives. The Five Rights are considered a youthing exercise. By stimulating the chakras the benefits are told profound.

Point: The Seven Chakras stimulate the glands of the endocrine system which is responsible for the body’s overall functioning and aging process.
