In the beggining this work takes diligent watchfullness.  After years of responding with emotions life fear, guilt, greed, irritability, jealousy, pride, etc. Responces to life presentations are hard wired in the adult.

Before responding to a situation, hastily. Be very careful to ask your self what is my motivation for any action you are inspired to do. Act only if the motivation feels good; is a good emotion. Like, gratitiude, excitement, pleasure, etc. Otherwise. your deed or words will have the karma of negativity and their fruits will bare its kind.
